How to Establish a Student Club?
- In order to establish a student club or organization, at least ten (10) students are required, and a faculty member must agree to serve as the club/organization advisor. In addition, the following establishment documents must be submitted to the Directorate at the beginning of each academic year:
a) Club/Organization Update Request and Membership Notification Form
b) Club/Organization Board of Directors Form
c) Club/Organization Advisor Acceptance Form
d) Student Clubs/Organizations Activity Plan Notification Form
e) Club/Organization Establishment Request and Founding Membership Notification Form
f) Club/Organization Charter

- The establishment of the club is completed upon the approval of the Executive Board. The proposed club/organization must have a field of activity that is not similar to that of an existing and active club.
- Clubs/organizations are expected to carry out activities in accordance with their founding purposes and to increase their number of members. Clubs/organizations with similar fields of interest and objectives may be merged under a common club name.
- Preparatory and first-year students cannot serve as Club Presidents; however, they may serve on the board of a club consisting of ten (10) members.
