a) A student may become a member of more than one club or student organization.

b) Membership registrations are made through Kentim at the beginning of each academic semester.

c) Students who are members of a club may vote in club elections and may also run for the position of Club President.

d) Memberships must be renewed each academic year. Students who are not members do not have the right to vote or stand for election in club elections.

e) Membership may be terminated upon the approval of a reasoned proposal submitted by the Board of Directors, with the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the total number of General Assembly members.

f) Membership is considered terminated upon graduation. A graduate student is designated as an “Honorary Member” and does not have voting rights.
