PURCHASING AND LOGISTICS DIRECTORATE
To plan purchases and budget in accordance with the requirements to procure high quality equipment and materials at low cost that are needed in the university, to ensure that necessary market research is conducted and the method of procurement is determined in accordance with the Higher Education Institutions' Tender Regulation, and it is presented to the approval of higher management, to identify suppliers to work with and manage relationships with them, to ensure the realization of purchases in accordance with the standards, and to lead the continuous improvement of quality and efficiency of purchasing services.
OUR GOALS
The purpose of our purchasing team is to supply the necessary materials, services or equipment at the most affordable price, in desired quantity, time and quality from reliable suppliers. On behalf of the University, we aim to be effective in reducing costs and providing better quality services.
OUR PRINCIPLES
Pursuant to the Higher Education Institutions' Tender Regulation dated 16.11.2018, numbered 30597 and published in the official gazette, our office follows up purchases of goods and services, and purchase and tender processes of construction works.
