Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Master's Program (Thesis- Non-thesis): The aim of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Master's Degree Program Thesis/ Non-thesis is to train scientists who have mastered international gastronomy literature and practice, and to innovate in the academy and food and beverage sector. In order to achieve this goal, it is aimed to carry out studies that can lead the way in the field of gastronomy in the future thanks to the applied courses supported by theoretical knowledge, and theses that will contribute to the science field.
