Students enrolled in the Associate Degree Program in Cosmetic Technology graduate with an associate degree.
Both transfer students and those who wish to be exempted from the courses they took in their previous education are required to apply with their official transcripts (grade sheets) and a petition containing their exemption requests. The courses that can be exempted are decided as a result of the evaluation of the MYO Board of Directors.
The language of instruction of the Cosmetic Technology Associate Degree Program is Turkish, but students are required to take English-I and English-II courses in the first and second semesters.

There are many elective courses that students can benefit from in the Cosmetic Technology Associate Degree Program, including departmental, non-departmental and university elective courses. Green Cosmetic Product Technology, Reporting and Presentation Techniques, Formulation and Sunday Analysis with Artificial Intelligence, Pharmacy Cosmetics and Pharmacy Products, Packaging Development and Selection, Medical Products, Computer Applications for Chemistry (Applied), Sustainability, Artificial Intelligence in Practice are some of these courses. There are two exams for each course, an midterm exam and a final exam. Some courses may also use different evaluation methods instead of midterm exams. In some courses, different evaluation methods that replace midterms may also be used. 40% of the midterm and 60% of the final exam affect the success grade. Students who cannot take the midterm exam for justified and valid reasons must notify the Directorate of the Vocational School in writing of their excuses within the application period announced in the academic calendar. Students whose excuses are deemed justified and valid by the Board of Directors will use their midterm exam rights on a date to be determined. If it is not possible to attend the final exams, there is no need to report the excuses. Students who do not take the final exam can take the make-up exam directly. There is no separate make-up or retake exam for students who do not take the make-up exam. It is necessary to take and pass all the courses in the curriculum, to have completed a total of 120 ECTS in four semesters, to not have any courses with an FF letter grade, and to have a GPA (General Grade Point Average) of 2.00 or above.
