Dear students,
Medical Imaging Techniques, also known as Radiology, located in our university's Health Services Vocational School, has a very important place in health services with its many different departments.
The Radiology Department is a branch of hospital imaging centers where interventional diagnosis and treatment are provided. It provides services in the field of interventional Radiology and DSA for the diagnosis of diseases and the treatment of diagnosed diseases. Since the subject is human health, it is aimed for our students to receive the best education and have high deontological morals when they graduate.
In the Medical Imaging Techniques Department, we provide education with theoretical courses, hospital practices and in-service practices. Our program is a program where expert instructors deal with their students one-on-one. Our courses start with an intensive Anatomy and Radiology terminology and then aim to teach all the theoretical information of the departments: X-ray, Fluoroscopy, CT (Computed tomography), MR, Interventional radiology, DSA (Digital subtraction angiography), Nuclear Medicine, USG in detail.
In addition to professional theoretical knowledge, it is aimed to train students who have the ability to make individual decisions and act in accordance with team discipline in hospitals, and to have job opportunities as Radiology Technicians in public hospitals, private hospitals, dental health centers and occupational health centers.
With our elective courses on art, culture, sports and chess activities in our university and the activities of student clubs, it is aimed for our students to have fun and useful time in the remaining time from classes with different activities.
