Each student in our department is assigned an academic advisor to support their academic development throughout their studies. Within the scope of academic advising support, students are guided on course registration, course selection, evaluation of academic performance, and graduation planning.

The academic advising process is conducted in accordance with the principles set by the university and the department. Advisors regularly monitor students’ academic progress and provide guidance and feedback when necessary.

The effectiveness of the advising process is periodically evaluated based on student feedback, academic performance indicators, and graduation data, and improvement actions are carried out accordingly.
