Continuous Improvement

Continuous Improvement

The Business Administration (English) Department is committed to continuous improvement in order to enhance the quality of its educational, research, and student support activities. All improvement initiatives are carried out in line with the principles of evidence-based decision-making, stakeholder participation, and continuous development.

Our Continuous Improvement Approach

Quality assurance activities within the department are conducted through the Plan–Do–Check–Act (PDCA) cycle. Within this framework:

  • Areas for improvement and development goals are identified,
  • Planned actions are implemented,
  • Outcomes are monitored and evaluated,
  • Corrective actions and new improvement initiatives are developed based on the findings.
  • This cycle supports the continuous enhancement and sustainability of program quality.

Stakeholder Involvement

Students, alumni, employers, industry representatives, and academic staff actively contribute to the continuous improvement process through regular feedback mechanisms. The collected feedback is analyzed and used to improve the curriculum, educational activities, and student support services.

Monitoring and Evaluation

Program performance is regularly monitored through various indicators and assessment tools. Student satisfaction, program learning outcomes, alumni feedback, and external stakeholder evaluations constitute the main components of the monitoring process.

Quality Assurance and Continuous Development

Continuous improvement activities are coordinated by the Academic Unit Quality Commission. The commission evaluates collected data, develops improvement plans and action items, monitors implementation outcomes, and supports the department's quality assurance efforts.
