Inclusion Support

In addition to extra points in the scoring system for disadvantaged applicants, financial support can also be provided. To apply for Inclusion Support, applicants must explain why they need this support and attach supporting documents (for example, if the Inclusion Support is related to a disability, a medical report issued within the last three months containing information on the disability and its severity, or a copy of the disability card; for chronic illnesses, a medical report).

The form must also be accompanied by documents showing that the host higher education institution is aware that the student/staff member to be hosted requires Inclusion Support and confirming that it has the appropriate facilities. The additional grant amounts requested and the reasons for needing them must be clearly and fully indicated in the form, as specified. The requested grant must be directly related to enabling the participant with Inclusion Support to take part in the activity.

Additional Support

Eligible participants under the categories listed belove may receive an additional grant of €250 per month for student mobility lasting maximum for 5 months, provided that the required supporting documents are submitted.

For short-term student mobility, eligible participants under the categories listed above may receive an additional grant of €100 for mobility periods of 5–14 days and €150 for mobility periods of 15–30 days, provided that the required supporting documents are submitted. 

1) The participants who have a decree of protection, care or housing in accordance with Law No. 2828 of the Ministry of Family and Social Services (provided that it is documented).

2) Students for whom protection, care or accommodation decision has been taken within the scope of Child Protection Law No. 5395

3) Those who do not have other parent income and receive an orphan's pension

4) Being the children of martyr and/or veterans

5) It is sufficient to submit a document proving that the student received financial support from municipalities, public institutions and organizations (Ministries, Social Assistance and Solidarity Foundations, General Directorate of Foundations, Kızılay, AFAD) when applying for Erasmus to himself or to his family).

7) Students who have one of their parents or their guardians, who are over 65, and who receive disability or needy pension within the scope of the Law No. 2022, dated 01.07.1976, on Pensions for Needy, Powerless and Orphaned Turkish Citizens and Disabled and Needy Turkish Citizens
