Pediatric Dentistry Master's Degree Program (Thesis): Upon admission in this program, students take compulsory or elective courses such as; behavior management with regards to pediatric patients who need special care, developmental psychopathology, diagnosis and treatment planning in pediatric patients with disabilities, pain management in pediatric patients, speech disorders and treatment methods, clinical approach in pediatric patients with disabilities (treatment of patients under sedation and general anesthesia), oral care protocols and risk analysis of dental cavities in pediatric patients and pediatric pharmacology, then students are awarded master's degree.

Having received training on special diagnostic techniques and treatment of children with chronic illnesses that require special care and having knowledge about the methods of prevention of diseases, dentists are expected to make a major contribution to primarily oral and dental health and indirectly general health of these individuals.
